Scop AMDL manufactures and assembles special die sets for press tools in a short time:


- special die sets according to customer plans and specifications,


- adaptations based on die sets from the standard catalog of the registered brands MDL and Porter Besson,


- machining of plates for the construction of special die sets.

- raw materials, (2300x6000 sheet metal plates in many thicknesses)

- large flame cutting (2300x600),

- large stabilization furnace (4500x2300x1600)

- Blanchard grinding machines (magnetic plate diameter 2000 / diagonal 2200 / height 1000 mm)

- tangential grinding (3000 x 1150 height 1200)

- large dimension milling up to (4800 x 2500 x 2100)

- stock of guiding elements (guide pillars; guide bushes, ball cages) from the MDL and Porter Besson brands
