BARRIQUAND HEAT EXCHANGERS.
PLATE AND GASKET EXCHANGERS
These exchangers consist of a set of corrugated and stamped plates following different profiles which, after assembly, form circulation channels for the fluids. The joints ensure, thanks to their shape, the peripheral tightness of each plate and authorize or prohibit the flow of fluids between them. The plate and gasket heat exchanger is therefore a counter-current heat exchanger; it can be a water-to-plate heat exchanger or be used with another more complex fluid. BAS type family from 0.4 to 2000 m² Normal stamping More than 45 plate sizes average stamping depth from 1.5 to 4.4 mm Diameter of connections DN 32 and DN 50 for threaded connections, DN 50 to DN 500 for flange connections. Deep drawn with wide channels (plates designed for slurries) 9 plate sizes average deep drawing from 5 to 11.5 mm (Without contact points between the plates) Diameter of connections DN 32 to DN 300 possibility of special fittings Differential pressure up to 6 bars Double plates (plates designed to prevent any contamination between the 2 fluids) More than 20 plate sizes Connection diameter DN 32 to DN 300
