KONICA MINOLTA SENSING EUROPE BV
Portable spectrophoto-gloss meter CM-25cG
Innovative optical system combining color measurement and gloss measurement for unparalleled accuracy and repeatability. With its innovative combination of 45°:0° geometry for color and 60° geometry for the true gloss sensor – even for the smallest parts – the CM-25cG improves flexibility and accuracy to match the visual perception. It consists of an integrating sphere to standardize the light source associated with a multi-mirror system to create the ring of light which illuminates at 45°, as well as a 60° gloss sensor - sensor which is complies with ISO standards. Compared to other spectrophotometers that use a traditional 45°:0° type geometry, the advantages provided by the optical system of the CM-25cG are considerable: repeatability, inter-instrument agreement, inter-model agreement (with the CM-2500c Series ). Indeed, the innovative optical system eliminates directional dependence and minimizes the influence of changes in position, instrument rotation, sample positioning or tilt. This brings many advantages on grained, structured, textured surfaces such as plastic parts used for automotive interior trim. Its lightness, its ergonomics, the Bluetooth® option, its high resolution color screen make the CM-25cG an instrument perfectly suited for applications in a production environment. It sets a new standard for an instrument that is easy and quick to handle, capable of filtering stored data based on configurable tags in less than 1 second. The CM-25cG was developed in close collaboration with major automotive manufacturers with the aim of reducing physical sample exchanges with suppliers while maintaining historical data, and offering them to report measurement data based on of absolute values thus authorizing the digital management of data (DCD – Digital Color Data) throughout the subcontracting chain. By default, all CM-25cGs are true CT (Close Tolerance) grade instruments. Konica Minolta once again proves its know-how and unrivaled ability to develop high-precision optical technologies. Inter-Instrument Agreement (IIA) is less than ?E*ab 0.15 (average of 12 BCRA ceramics) as is Inter-Model Agreement (IMA) with the CM-2500c Series: new levels of performance. - Automotive - Plastic - Paint - Textile - Cosmetics - Aeronautics
