Fixed stop with gripping insert for clamping system by plating
Description
The fixed stop with gripping insert is used as a counterpart for the clamping element with gripping insert 04486. Thanks to its extremely stable structure and compact design, this fixed stop is suitable for pre-machining in direct clamping (OP10) with the modular 5-axis clamping system as well as for clamping raw parts of any plate or other workpiece.
Its two dimensions and the possibility of continuous movement of the clamping system allow parts of all sizes to be clamped.
Thanks to the various positioning feet and the fine adjustment, the clamping height of the workpiece can be flexibly adjusted.
The interface for raster plates (raster size 40/50) as well as for the UNILOCK zero-point clamping system is integrated as standard.
