Concentricity tester for diameters up to 32 mm

Testing device suitable for concentricity, impact and perpendicularity measurements.
Thanks to its robust design, this concentricity tester can be used in workshops as well as in measuring rooms. Easy placement of the parts to be measured thanks to the lifting pressure roller. The comparator can be freely positioned thanks to the easy-to-maneuver carriage and the movable measuring stand.

The stop holder allows the stop tip to be perfectly and easily aligned (exactly in the center of the sample) to prevent imprecisely machined end surfaces from having a negative effect on the measurement result due to streaks caused by vibrations during rotation.

The samples do not rest on a driven shaft, but on fixed V-shaped bearings, and they are driven directly by the drive wheel. This completely eliminates the problem of the basic tolerance of the support, since the latter is perfectly fixed (tolerance=0).
