STEEL E
Thin sheet metal work
Description
Sheet metal work allows the assembly of transformed parts via:
- Folding consists of deforming the raw material into a straight fold using a V-shaped die and a punch.
-Rolling consists of bending a sheet of metal, for example to form a shell.
-TIG and spot welding is a permanent assembly process which aims to ensure the continuity of the material to be assembled.
We can in fact produce simple or complex parts in small and medium series; and this with extremely tight tolerances.
We offer crimping or welding of studs or inserts to pre-drilled parts in order to integrate this assembly operation into our company.
