LTA electrostatic filters without consumables ensure a very high quality of oil and emulsion mist filtration meeting the highest filtration requirements. These filtration performances make it possible to work in recirculation and to save energy during the heating period. The low pressure drop of these filters remains constant over time. The suction rate remains stable, the electrical consumption is low compared to mechanical technologies. The LTA modular range allows machines to be treated individually or in islands. The modular range goes from 600 to 9,600m3/h effective. AC 500 - Compact filter The new AC 500 filter is characterized by its ultra-compact construction. This compact filter can be mounted directly on the machine, the recirculation of the separated liquid also takes place directly in the machine. The first filters are integrated into the housing like the "big brother" of the AC 3000 series. This has an advantage for customers: the filter cartridges can be washed completely, there is no disposable filter! The filter cells are universal and can be supplied for oil or emulsion. The collector cell is compatible with our AC 1000 & AC 3000 filter series, which means easy and economical maintenance for customers. The power supply is very low and is only 0.5 kW. The electronics are completely integrated in the filter, a special electrical cabinet is not necessary. The filter has a very good separation effect (>99%) and is quiet with <70dB(A). The supply voltage is either alternating current or optionally three-phase current. The filter is built for an effective volume flow of up to 70 m³/h, this means that it is predestined for small to medium machines with small to medium evaporations and low volume, whether oil or gas. 'emulsion. And the delivery time? – It is extremely short. You ordered yesterday, we deliver today. This new development can also be delivered as a variant with a solid material filter cartridge as a "solid" model. An optional subsequent filter with various filter cells can be retrofitted, eg for fumes or in the activated carbon model for odors.
