• Certified performance:
- Rw = 50 dB for the BGS50
- Rw = 55 dB for the BSG55
• Custom sizes from 3m x 3m up to 10m x 10m
• Robust solutions constructed from 3 and 5mm thick galvanized steel sheets
• Internal reinforcements to accommodate equipment and hinges
• System of hinges applied to ball bearings allowing the opening of the door unit manually (even on very large openings)

• 6mm thick flat threshold facilitating access (especially for lifting and handling equipment)

• In the lower part of the door unit, thanks to an adjustable buffer system.

A design adapted to the installation

• Our frames are pre-drilled and their installation is done easily and quickly.
• Each door unit is supplied with its complete fixing kit (mastic, screws, seals, mounting wedges, fixing covers, etc.).
• Our door sets are delivered ready to install (equipment fitted in the factory, frames and leaves tested in the factory).
• For very large doors (clearance > 2600mm), the frame is delivered in 3 parts (to be assembled on site) thus simplifying its installation.
• Assembly operations can be carried out by our teams under the supervision of a Boët StopSon site manager specifically trained in this type of intervention and in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Manual version 2015.
• Boët StopSon can also assist you in assembly operations by providing you with a supervisor
for all or part of the construction period.
