While leveling wedges make it possible to set up machinery quickly and safely, vibration dampers also provide long-lasting protection for people, buildings and machinery. They prevent unwanted vibrations or shocks near installations.

In the event of significant horizontal stress, we recommend, for example, leveling wedges to be mounted on the ground using a chemical plug.

Shims and chemical anchors are made of aluminum or steel. The insulating coating of the mobile leveling wedges is made of an elastic, pressure-resistant and compressible rubber mixture. The surface is resistant to petrol, oil, grease and heat.

Particularly heavy machines can be leveled using the double center wedges. Two wedges approach or move away from the center of support, symmetrically and without play. This allows the machine to be adjusted in height. The central fulcrum always remains rigid and stable. The force acting on the lifting mechanism is reduced by half. Shims can also be moved with off-center loads.

norelem vibration dampers can be used in the presence of both vertical and horizontal vibrations. They are mounted on the floor, and absorb permanent and dynamic loads. Thanks to their horizontal hardness and their smooth vertical displacement, they prevent the free oscillation of the weight of the machine.
