KMU LOFT evaporators offer you the possibility of treating your effluents, reducing your waste and your water consumption and optimizing your production costs.

Based on the thermal phase separation which is carried out under vacuum, our evaporators make it possible to treat waste water by separating the water (distillate) from the pollutants contained in it (concentrate).

Our evapoconcentrators make it possible, among other things, to treat waste water such as active baths and rinsing water from surface treatment, cutting fluids/emulsions, washing and cleaning waste water, cleaning water separation), bleeding water...

The design of PROWADEST® P evapoconcentrators - falling flow principle with recirculation pump, is not very sensitive to foaming and highly charged effluents. They thus allow a continuous and stable production yield (thanks to the recirculation pump), as well as an optimum distillate quality for direct recycling in your processes.
