PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE - MD CUT

The MD CUT PHENIX TECHNOLOGIE plasma cutting machine is designed for intensive cutting of thicknesses < 50 mm

(on the table format) in high definition and has an ultra resistant structure.

The MD CUT model plasma cutting machine consists of:

- Mechanically welded frame and one-piece structure

- Machined frame and beam

- Kinematics by linear guidance of the INA type (present on the water jet and laser tables)

with rack and pinion transmission.

- Motorization by 4 brushless motors with Panasonic or HDT incremental encoder

with automatic mechanical backlash

- Quality precision reducer

- Weight of the table alone: 3 tons

- Removable steel slag collection tray

(Slag extracted by hatches on the side of the machine)

- Removable grating blades mounted on removable frame

- The table is equipped with an integrated fume extraction tray with pneumatic partitioning

- Edges facilitating the positioning of the sheets

- Small parts recovery grid

- Positioning accuracy: +/- 0.2mm

- Useful cutting surfaces possible (X x Y x Z)
