We manufacture several parts like spatulas, scissors, syringes, containers and also parts for medical support devices. All our molds are carefully manufactured by applying stainless steel and a special external treatment such as DLC, to avoid any contamination and to meet the ISO 13485 quality standard. Plastic materials used: ABS, HDPE, PA66 + GF, POM, PEI (Ultem), PEEK, etc. Steel used: 1.2344 hardened, Stavax 1.2083 hardened, MoldMaxHH, 1.2767 hardened, PVD and DLC coating, among others. Technologies applied: Dry molds to meet ISO 13845 standard (ejections, movements and sliding, injection systems), DLC coating, among others.
