We regularly manufacture molds for this type of need. We are also aware of the different technologies to obtain a multi-injection such as transfer, rotary, floating core, indexing plate. Depending on the type of room and the needs of the customer, we apply the one that best suits the room. In addition, we believe that the initial rheological analyses, the three stages of project analysis, the dimensional control over several stages of the construction of the mold and the final samples, which we always carry out, are the key to a good result. We also carry out specific studies to predict the best cycle time and to make the customer aware of the main parameters, such as injection time, compacting / holding, cooling, mold opening, unscrewing, ejection , screwing and mold closing time.
