Central lubrication using microlubrication
Description
Lubrication by the center is carried out by means of an ACOVAL microlubrication system of the ACOFLUX series, with continuous operation. The air jet is continuous. The micropump(s) regularly deliver a dose of liquid.
Apps
Mini-lubrication systems through the center are used for:
- perform machining,
- carry out forming operations,
- lubricate press tools,
- lubricate mechanical components.
The model
This boxed model generally includes one or more micropumps.
Oil flow adjustment is independent for each micropump.
The adjustment of the air pressures can be global or independent.
Mixed configurations of central lubrication and lubrication with nozzles are possible.
