Description
ACOVAL FLUX series minimal lubrication systems are continuous operation systems. The air jet is continuous. The micropumps regularly deliver a dose of liquid. The air smoothes the liquid flow at the nozzle. They can be used:
- to deliver doses of liquid regularly without using air as a carrier
- most often with a nozzle that focuses or diffuses the liquid using air. Air provides continuous liquid flow.
ECOFLUX systems are widely used for:
- Perform long machining.
- Lubricate small and medium-width plates at the press entrance. Large width sheets are most often lubricated with ACOVAL spray systems .
- Lubricate high-speed press tools.
- Lubricate machine elements, conveyor chains.
- Spread liquid (water, solvent, release agent, rust remover).
Oil flow adjustment is independent for each micropump.
The adjustment of the air flows can be global or independent.
