The clear displays (LED/LCD) allow the status of the connected signal generators to be seen at a glance. The user-friendliness of these devices makes it very easy to put them into service and the programming carried out at the factory makes the procedure even easier.

Connected signal generators with a terminal resistance of 8.2 kΩ are monitored for a change in quiescent current.

If one or more signal generators are activated, the total resistance drops to approximately zero ohms. A defined lower switching threshold is then crossed, the switching state of the outputs changes and the yellow or orange status LED lights up.

If the signal generator circuit is interrupted, the total resistance increases and tends to infinity. A defined upper switching threshold is then crossed, the switching state of the outputs changes and the red status LED lights up.
