Long-term performance For reliable distance measurement in indoor and outdoor areas: the Dx1000 long-range distance sensor with infrared laser is predestined for use on cranes, in transport applications for vehicle detection or measurement of hot steel slabs in steel mill. The Dx1000 enables a wide variety of applications - HDDM+ (High Definition Distance Measurement with multi-echo technology) enables distance measurements to be made with high measurement accuracy even in stray light. It was designed for axial tracking of objects as well as for fast edge detection of laterally inserted objects. And this with measurement cycles of up to one millisecond, perfect for use in tuning circuits.
