Lector64x code reading cameras
Description
High efficiency for code reading applications
For top performance and optimum throughput: The Lector642 camera-based code reader from SICK meets all challenges in logistics and production automation. With its 40 Hz frame rate and real-time decoding, it efficiently identifies 1D, 2D and directly marked codes at very high speed. The 1.7 million pixel image resolution provides a wide field of view. Intuitive device setup with function keys, automatic adjustment, laser pointer, audible information signal and green information LED reduce the need for training and installation. The microSD memory card is used to save images and backup copies of settings. Thanks to 4D pro from SICK, the Lector64x can be integrated into many industrial networks.
Benefits
- High flexibility in code position, object height and transport speed due to wide field of view and large depth of field
- Economical, simple and modular integration of several devices, adapted to the width of the conveyor
- Minimal training and installation thanks to intuitive device configuration with function keys, automatic adjustment, integrated lighting, laser pointer, acoustic information signal and green information LED
- Intelligent decoding algorithms for peak read performance and high packet throughput even with hard-to-read codes
- Easy and fast integration into many industrial networks thanks to 4D pro
In short
- 1.7 million pixel resolution, 40Hz high frame rate
- Built-in ultra-powerful LED lighting
