JK TECHNIC
Pressed grating
The pressed grating is the most used for custom manufacturing, its many possibilities in terms of its shape allowing to give an aesthetic aspect to each realization.
Thanks to its many varieties of models and possibilities of use, the steel pressed grating offers great flexibility in terms of dimensions, mesh configuration, height and thickness of the supporting bars.
The JK Technic pressed grating is characterized by the assembly of insert bars, pressed into the bearing bars previously notched. Its frame is then made in the form of a "flat" or "T" profile, fixed by welding, and the assembly can be hot-dip galvanized in accordance with the EN ISO 1461 standards in force. In the case of surfaces that can be slippery, it is possible to make the grating in a non-slip version, the upper face of the supporting bars and/or insert bars then being notched. JK Technic pressed gratings are generally manufactured from S235JR steel according to EN 10025 standards allowing for consistent quality production. Manufacturing tolerances according to the RAL-GZ 638 standard.
The materials used are also varied, thus making it possible to meet every need, whether industrial or architectural.
