The Hänel Rotomat ® storage system is an automated storage system that makes the most of the ceiling height and its compactness saves up to 60% storage capacity.

In a few seconds, the Hänel Rotomat ® stacker automatically brings the requested parts to the picking area, at an ergonomic height, according to the "Good to man" principle.

Multifunctional trays

Hänel multifunctional support elements are robust, dimensionally stable and customizable. It is possible to vary the configurations within the same machine.

• Variable equipment which can also be modified afterwards.
• Subdivision into boxes, bins, bulk or drawers, everything is possible.
• Longevity combined with a high load capacity which, depending on the model, can reach up to 750 kg per supporting element.

Steering command

The microprocessor control controls the storer and ensures perfect management of the store. It goes without saying that Hänel warehouse storage units can also be coupled with IT infrastructures . In addition, Hänel offers modules and software solutions for specific needs.

Protected storage in the electronics industry

Thanks to its antistatic coating, the Rotomat ® provides excellent protection for electronic components and modules. To prevent damage from power surges, electronic modules or components should be handled, packaged, and stored in an ESD protected environment. For this purpose, Hänel offers Rotomat ® storage units equipped with a static-dissipating worktop, multifunctional support elements coated with antistatic paint and a special ESD mechanism.

To store electronic components in a controlled atmosphere and protected from static discharges, the Hänel Rotomat ® storage system in ESD execution can be combined with systems such as Hänel ClimatStore ® or Hänel ClimatStore ®

Option Hänel EcoConcept ®

The Hänel EcoMode ® energy management option allows the store to switch to different standby modes, reducing energy consumption to a minimum.

The Hanel Ecoload ® option: the Hänel microprocessor control monitors the distribution of the stored products and optimizes the placement of the products on the various trays to achieve the best balance with the aim of greatly reducing energy consumption.
