Lean lift

Thanks to its height detection device, the Lean-Lift® is able to make storage very compact and thus optimize the use of space. Transparent inventory management helps streamline the production process. The Hänel Lean-Lift® has no height limit and can traverse multiple floors to distribute stored items to different departments.

The Hänel Lean-Lift ® accommodates the most diverse and heaviest items: Euro pallets, cylinder blocks, tools, metal pallet boxes or cable reels.

Principle of operation: the center of the stacker is occupied by a computer-controlled positioning lift, called an "extractor". At the front and rear are the storage supports where the container trays are housed which are repositioned relative to each other to reduce lost volumes. The Hänel Lean-Lift® thus provides maximum storage capacity with minimum floor space , and is recommended for storing items of varying sizes. Manual storage and removal operations take place in the picking area, at an ergonomic height according to the "Good to man" principle and reduce the difficulty of the work.
