GEOSEC FRANCE SASU
SEE & SHOOT®
UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY DEDICATED TO SOIL CONSOLIDATION BY INJECTION OF EXPANSIVE RESIN
The SEE&SHOOT ® intervention process is a patented technique and exclusive property of GEOSEC ® , specially designed to effectively respond to the differential vertical settlements of foundations and slabs. The implementation of the process, with very low invasiveness, is fast and precise, thanks to geophysical methods of soil control. SEE&SHOOT ® is a unique and innovative solution, which has obtained the CSTB Technical Opinion. GEOSEC ® FRANCE sas has taken out an ALLIANZ France insurance policy for its civil liability as well as for all work covered by the ten-year guarantee
The process allows superficial and deep injections of expansive resin to be carried out, reaching significant depths, on several superimposed levels, with the aim of consolidating in a targeted, efficient and uniform manner the volumes of soil affected by the loads of the structure.
Before the resin injections, directly on site, the engineer/geologist in charge of the team carries out a preliminary diagnosis using geophysical measurements and geotechnical tests that allow the mechanical and electrical properties of the soil to be modelled in 4D. This diagnosis ensures that the injection phase takes place in the best conditions. Based on the geoelectrical diagnostic model of the soil under the structure, a series of small perforations with a maximum diameter of 25-30 mm are made in a targeted manner to subsequently inject the resin. The metal tubes used for the injections are introduced into the perforations following a horizontal and vertical geometry and/or mesh with spacings between 0.50 and 1.00 m.
