INTAX® Fully integrated linear motor axis

New paths are forged and we take you there. The innovative performance of this new linear motor axis is an unprecedented density of integration, thanks to the integration of the servo controller, wiring and cable chain. This new benchmark in miniaturization allows designers to make their machines and automations smaller and less bulky. Compared to conventional toothed belt and ballscrew drives, this axis with direct linear motor drive is more precise, faster and quieter.

The axis includes an Ethernet connection supporting different communication protocols, for a direct link with a PLC. In combination with the PLCopen libraries, the axis can be controlled in position profile mode or synchronized cyclic positioning.

A 24Vdc power supply is sufficient to operate the axis.

The absolute measuring system allows immediate starting, without reference travel. Specific advantages, USP's
