Mechanical position switches
Mechanical position switches are found in almost all areas of machine and plant construction as well as in conveyor technology. Typical areas of application include end position monitoring of components, position detection on doors and shutters and object detection in conveyor technology. Position switches consist of two units: a base unit and an actuator. The base unit is equipped with a hinged, captive cover. The cover opens with a screwdriver and closes without tools. An opening of size M20x1.5 is provided for the passage of cables. Cables are routed using screw terminals. The base unit is equipped with a support finger acting as an actuator. Depending on the starting situation, this can also be replaced. The actuators are available in four different shapes.

The position switch is equipped with a support finger acting as an actuator. Depending on the approach configuration, this can be replaced by other actuators.
