Adjustable clamping system
The adjustable clamping system is used for parts requiring additional clamping points to the traditional isostatism points.
Assembly :
Form A:
Fix the adjustable clamping system using an M12 thread. Adjust stop height and swivel range with red adjusting sleeve, secure with hexagon socket screw (3x SW 2.5). When adjusting the height limit, be sure to leave enough upward play.
For perfect operation, the M12 thread must always be closed. The jaws in series can be modified or exchanged to adapt to the specific need of the customer.
Form B:
attach the adjustable clamping system to the device using the fixing bore for M6.
Set stop height and swivel range using the red adjustment sleeve and tighten with grub screw (4 x SW 2.5). When adjusting the height limit, be sure to leave enough clearance at the top.
Standard clamping jaws can be modified or replaced to meet specific customer needs.
Material: Base body and clamping jaws: case-hardened steel. Body: aluminum. Finish: Basic body: nitrided, burnished and ground. Clamping jaws: nitrided and burnished. Body: red anodized. Instructions for use: 1. Apply downward pressure to the clamping system. 2. Orient the clamping jaw. The lower clamping jaw then presses against the bottom of the workpiece with slight pressure. 3. Then tighten the hexagon nut (SW 18, observe the min. and max. tightening torque). During the clamping operation, the workpiece is clamped and simultaneously clamped.
