1°. What is the business of the company?

We design, manufacture and market equipment for the hygiene of drinking, waste, industrial and swimming pool water.

• Occasional analysis equipment: photometers, and continuous: chlorine analyzer
• Disinfection equipment: chlorometers, bottle inverters, modulating valve and flowmeters, hydroejectors...chlorine dioxide generators, electrochlorination, stereconomy for isolated sites
• Specific equipment for public swimming pools: HQE diatom filters, wave machines, etc.
• Biological detectors of pollution of raw, treated and waste water before discharge
• Equipment and software for controlling the calcium-carbon balance: Aquaneutra, LPL Win...

2°. What is the flagship product on Industrie Online?

Our flagship product is the chloro+ , a safety chlorometer. CIFEC chlorometers allow the withdrawal of gaseous chlorine from the bottle, in complete safety thanks to depression, for the disinfection of drinking water, public swimming pools or industrial water.

The chlorometer is a dosing device that allows gaseous chlorine to be injected into the water in a safe manner. With this type of device, the chlorine is not under pressure but under depression, making it impossible for gaseous chlorine to leak onto the injection network.

We have also created a site dedicated to gaseous chlorination . This white paper on chlorination makes it possible to popularize the principles implemented and to explain the role of each piece of equipment.

HOW DOES CHLORINATION GASE WORK?

Chlorine is stored as a gas in a bottle.
To withdraw it safely and dose it accurately, the following equipment is used: Chlorometers, which will allow the safe withdrawal of chlorine gas from the bottles. An inverter, which may be present to switch to a full bottle, when the one in service is empty. A flowmeter or a modulating valve, which will allow the precise dosage of chlorine. A hydro-ejector, which will act as a mixer between the motive water and the chlorine and which will also create a venturi effect, a phenomenon which allows the chlorine to be sucked into the dosing network.

3°. What is your latest innovation?

Our latest innovation is the dry neutralization tower: Neutrachlore .

Until now, the neutralization of chlorine leaks was carried out using neutralization towers, using sodium hydroxide in a concentrated solution.

This new technique for neutralizing chlorine leaks by the dry process uses dry filtering media, which represents a considerable advantage for the operator who no longer has to manage the soda (security problem, crystallization, aging and handling)

The filter medium used, Carbochlor , is the result of a mixture of several adsorbent products, making it possible to optimize the reaction, the volumes used, and the price.
