In 2016, Malteurop launched its maintenance modernization plan. The group wishes to improve the management of maintenance by controlling the preventive-curative ratio and to have performance indicators by means of a multi-site CMMS .
By structuring its maintenance activity around a single management tool, Malteurop aims to:
