Thermilyon inaugurates an innovative and decarbonized heat treatment line

The Trempelec site in Marignier (Haute-Savoie), belonging to the Thermilyon group, recently welcomed industrialists and local elected officials for the inauguration of its new, fully automated vacuum heat treatment line. This strategic investment is part of the group's approach to decarbonizing its activities.

Since 1972, Trempelec, located in the heart of the Arve Valley, has been a key player in the heat treatment of machined parts for the automotive industry. The new line, operating 100% electrically, allows for faster and more precise treatment of parts, while reducing the carbon footprint thanks to low-pressure carburizing and double gas and oil quenching.

With this innovative installation, ThermiLyon demonstrates its commitment to a greener and more efficient industry, while strengthening its expertise in large series for the automotive industry.
