IEMCA - the BDC system: optimized bar guidance for very specific applications

In fact, the guiding systems available on IEMCA bar loaders, the rigidity of their structure and the standard bushings provided, ensure perfect guidance of the bar in almost all applications. But, in the case of very specific applications and/or in the presence of poor quality bars, the BDC centralizer is the solution patented by IEMCA for optimized guiding of bars on sliding headstock lathes.

The system offers optimized guidance of the bars in the lathe, whatever their diameter and section. Perfectly sized according to the diameter of the bar being worked, it absorbs vibrations.
