Description
The MAESTRO® 80 No Limits is an automatic bar feeder intended for bars from Ø 10 to 80 mm for fixed headstock lathes, ideal for companies looking for high performance and great flexibility.
It offers optimal guidance for machining, without changing the bar guide, thanks to the patented ABACOS (Adaptive Bar Control System) system composed of self-adjusting rings. These can be changed to adapt to any type of material or profile and thus meet specific customer needs. The bar feeder also offers automatic magazine adjustment.
The “UP” version improves ergonomics. It reduces the difficulty of loading the bars which are now loaded 40 cm from the ground instead of 120 cm in the monoplane version.
IEMCA devices are capable of sharing data with other machines and production systems, thus contributing to the constant improvement of Industry 4.0 production processes.
