Housing sleeves made of stainless steel with status sensor
The receiving sleeves provide a support point for the locking pins and the fixing pins, in which the latter can engage securely and precisely.
Housing sockets with state sensor have a variably adjustable sensor on the socket. This makes it possible to electronically check whether a bolt is in the housing sleeve or not.
If more than one socket is used, it can be determined in which the locking pin or the fixing pin is located.
Material: Housing sleeve made of stainless steel 1.4305.
Stainless steel sensor.
Brass flange nut. Finish: Housing sleeve and sensor polished.
Nickel plated flange nut. Note: The state sensor and the clamping nut are delivered unassembled.
Maximum clamping nut tightening torque: 1.2 Nm. Technical data: Inductive sensor:
Output circuit: PNP make contact (NO)
Operating voltage: 10 - 30 V DC
Duty Current: <100mA
Switching distance: 1mm
Switching frequency: <3500Hz
Short-circuit proof: yes
Reverse polarity protection: yes
Protection index: IP 67
Type of connection: PVC cable 2 m
Temperature range: -25°C - +70°C
Approval: CE, c-UL-us, EAC Application: Housing sockets in combination with a state sensor enable actuation-dependent process control. They also ensure that the locking pin or securing pin is in the desired location. Mounting: The sensor is fixed and adjusted axially on the sleeve using the flange nut. The sensor is finally secured by tightening the clamp nut.
The detailed procedure is described in the assembly instructions. Safety: Housing sockets with status sensor are not intended to protect people. Drawing reference:
