UC self-aligning bearing
Description
The internal structure of the self-aligning bearings corresponds to the standards of grooved ball bearings in the 6200 and 6300 ranges. However, they have an enlarged inner ring to simplify attachment to the shafts. The inner rings are manufactured with a positive tolerance. This results in the use of h-tolerance or sliding shafts. The shafts are fixed using 2 grub screws offset by 120° on the inner ring. Self-aligning bearings are delivered ready to install and lubricated for life with suitable bearing grease. Under normal use, subsequent relubrication is not necessary.

100Cr6 bearing steel. NBR rubber seal.
Finish: Sealed on both sides and spherical outer ring. Re-greasable.
