Aluminum profile spring hinges 0.35 Nm
The hinges are equipped with an integrated steel tension spring. This allows the automatic opening and closing of doors and shutters.
Free-operating hinges can be combined with spring hinges due to their identical dimensions and appearance.
Opening angle 270°.
Material: Aluminum 6060 T5.
Cover cover in PA 6.6.
POM washers. Finish: Anodized, black. Spring torque at opening:
M(0°): 0.35 Nm / M(90°): 0.24 Nm / M(180°): 0.12 Nm
Spring torque at closing:
M(0°): 0.12 Nm / M(90°): 0.24 Nm / M(180°): 0.35 Nm
The hinges are designed for more than 30,000 operating cycles.
Fixing using cylindrical head screws according to DIN 912/ DIN EN ISO 4762.
