The stepped flanges

Different shapes and materials for multiple uses
Stepped clamps are mainly used for clamping and fixing different solid parts on a plate, when machine vices are not usable. Their shape allows them to adapt to any part, although they must always be kept parallel to the surface of the table.
These flanges are then intended for any general machining of parts on milling machines or CNC machines, whether for general mechanics, automobiles or even weapons.
The crenellated flanges
The notched clamps are associated with the 02270 shims and are adjustable in height. This offers the possibility of machining parts of different thicknesses while maintaining good rigidity and good support.
Adjustable straps
Adjustable clamps are ideal when working with different clamping heights. You do not need shims to adjust the clamp height and perform your clamping without any problems. norelem has created adjustable clamps that can withstand high loads, whether for clamping tools or punching.
Depending on the application, you can turn the noses at the ends of the clamps, which gives you a multitude of uses. These adjustable clamps are useful for machining sectors with or without chip removal, press tooling or finally sectors that work with injection molding.
