Steel self-locking threaded support bolt
These threaded support bolts are used as quick and easy load-bearing elements with their movable shackle.
By pressing the snap button, the threaded segments can be unlocked and the threaded support bolt can be inserted into or removed from the tapping.
When the snap button is released, the threaded segments lock securely. Time-consuming screwing and unscrewing is therefore no longer necessary, as is the case with a lifting ring, for example.
The shackle rotates 180°. The safety catch in the shackle protects the snap button from unintentional detachment under straight line pulling.
The prerequisite for any use is a compatible thread and a material of suitable strength.
Each threaded support bolt comes with detailed instructions.

Temperature range:
max. +250 °C.
Assembly :
1. Press and hold the button.
2. Insert the threaded support bolt.
3. Release the button (the button should return to its initial position).
4. Hand-tighten the threaded support bolt until it seats fully against the entire support surface.
5. Make sure that the threaded segments are properly engaged in the housing thread.
Disassembly :
1. Unscrew the threaded support bolt by approx. a quarter turn counterclockwise.
2. Press and hold the button.
3. Remove the threaded support bolt.
4. Release the button.
