Video-Colorimeter - ProMetric I-Series: 2D luminance and color imagers

Performances and aspects of flat screens, vehicle interiors, LED lighting are pushing to improve the knowledge of operators. Test instruments must be state-of-the-art to be suitable. With a resolution of between 2 and 29 Megapixels, the Prometric I-Series make it possible to detect defective pixels on 4K screens, or to analyze in one go the color and luminance of the many backlit pictograms encountered on the dashboards of vehicles. The I series is equipped with two ultra-fast motorized wheels on which filters are mounted: on one are mounted the 3 XYZ filters corresponding to the sensitivity curves of the eye standardized by the CIE, on the other 3 neutral filters ( ND0, ND1, ND2) to dim the light. Thanks to its sophisticated data management, the ProMetric I29 model achieves acquisition speeds that were previously only possible with low-resolution devices, making it an instrument fully suited to the speeds demanded by production lines.
