The Rhopoint IQ-S is the ultimate version of gloss meters The Rhopoint IQ-S model has been specially designed and built to meet automotive interior gloss measurement standards. Its gloss values are fully compatible with the results of the micro-TRI-gloss-S. The IQ-S are devices selected for their tight tolerances in order to guarantee maximum precision and comparison for all applications that are in the area of gloss. IQ-S measures not only specular gloss, but also the image quality reflected from a surface as well as its reflection profile. Conventional gloss meters only measure the amount of reflected light and are completely immune to effects that significantly reduce the quality of the surface appearance.
