Pneumatic positioning pin

The modular construction allows the number and spacing of the positioning pins to be optimally adapted to the clamping operation. The small diameters of the ball pins also make it possible to reduce the distance between the ball pins.

The control of the ball pins with the "open" connection allows the 3 clamping balls to be mechanically loosened. The 3 clamping balls fit and the device can be changed quickly. For tightening, air is taken from the "open" connection and the "tighten" connection then receives air on the ball pin. The 3 clamping balls then come out mechanically and the device is clamped.
To achieve the optimum clamping force, the ball pin remains connected to the air.
