Stainless steel D-shape clamp assembly

For applications requiring a small footprint and low assembly pressure. The expandable clamping ring
can be completely embedded in a shaft/hub connection.

Assembly: Lightly lubricate the clamping ring on the tapered surfaces as well as on the contact areas between the shaft and the ring. Do not use MoS2 or grease. Insert the expandable clamping ring into its housing and slip it onto the shaft. Tighten the screws to the specified torque in stages and in a criss-cross sequence.

Dismantling: Remove all screws and screw them into the extraction threads of the front flange. Tighten the screws in stages and in a criss-cross sequence until the clamp ring loosens.
