Clamping elements for modular systems

norelem offers you its new range of clamping elements for modular systems.

This range includes:

- Clamping pins : The clamping pins are ideal for fixing adjustable stops of different thickness on vacuum tables / welding tables with a hole of 16 or 28 mm in diameter.

Advantages: Infinitely adjustable clamping range from 0 to 36 mm and 0 to 75 mm / Independent of bore diameter and surface quality (up to H12) / Clamping range can be easily preset thanks to a ladder / Clamping in the surface-friendly bore / Cladding effect also with a table made of thin material (≥8 mm or ≥4 mm) / Compatible with common adjustable stop elements.

- Clamping pins with washer: For fixing adapter plates, brackets and open plates in vacuum tables or plates with bore Ø16 mm, Ø20 mm and Ø28 mm. Can also be used as stops as well as for positioning and fixing plates to be fixed. A rotation of the CHC screw makes it possible to tighten the keys in the bore.

Advantages: Also works with a plate to be fixed in thin material (metal: ≥8 mm or ≥4 mm; wood ≥18 mm). / Surface-friendly clamping in the bore / Reduced height.

- Clamping spindles with assembly bracket: The assembly brackets are suitable for fixing aluminum profiles on vacuum tables or plates with bore Ø16 mm, Ø20 mm and Ø28 mm to act as abutment, for example. Loosening the indexable handle releases the two clamping devices, so that the square can be freely rotated and moved along the grooves. Clamp pins are most often used in pairs.

- Clamping spindles with adapter plate: The adapter plates offer compatibility between the toggle clamp and the 3 or 4 hole jig, for grid plates and plates with bore Ø16 mm, Ø20 mm and Ø28 mm .
Rotation of the socket head screw clamps the workpieces of the clamping spindle in the bore.

- Swivel bearing with threaded rod: Swivel bearings are used in conjunction with plates and clamp assemblies for indirect clamping.

- Open plate: The plates can be used in combination with a swivel bearing and a clamp assembly for indirect clamping. The plates are fixed on the vacuum tables using clamping pins. In conjunction with eccentric clamping modules, these can also be clamped on slotted machine tool tables.

- Open square: The square can be used as a stop on tables with depression and tables with grooves. The combination with knurled screws additionally allows fine adjustment. The brackets are attached to the vacuum tables using clamping pins. In conjunction with eccentric clamping modules, these can also be clamped on slotted machine tool tables.
