Anti-friction indexable lever

With indexable handles with integrated anti-friction bearing, the clamping force can be increased by 75% compared to standard indexable handles.

Furthermore, this product can also be used by people with limited hand strength (e.g. in rehabilitation) to achieve comparable clamping forces with less effort. Lower manual force is also required to loosen the clamped indexable handle.

The increase in clamping force is achieved by the integrated axial needle bearing, which generates very low surface friction on the fixed bearing surface when clamping. The hardened thrust washers are designed for high clamping forces, and the bearing guarantees a long service life thanks to its high load capacity.

The large fixed support surface allows the tight component to be permanently preserved. A washer is therefore no longer necessary.

Thanks to the modular structure, many special versions can be offered.

Manual :

The handle is engaged in the non-actuated state in the toothed insert by means of a ring gear, whereby the thread can be fixed or released. By lifting the handle, it can be repositioned and reengaged in the ring gear by the force of the spring.
