AMG Solution - CableTEC, direct corona surface treatment station for cables

The CableTEC is a directCorona surface treatment station specially designed to increase the surface tension of cables based on polymers (PE, PP and PTFE).

The CableTEC surface treatment station will allow the uniform pre-treatment of cables , diameter from 0.5 to 8 mm, to optimize their adhesion properties to inks and coatings. This surface treatment solution will improve production quality and considerably reduce your scrap after printing.

The CableTEC surface treatment station can be integrated into an already existing production line, which can process up to 600 m/min .

To know and measure the surface tension of your substrates before treatment, we also offer DyneTEC test inks.
