AMG Solution - PipeTEC, direct corona surface treatment for the interior of PE or PP tubes

The direct corona surface treatment station, PipeTEC , is specially designed to optimize the internal surface tension of PE, PP or other pipes.

Our corona or plasma surface treatment solutions are essential to improve the surface tension of your parts and supports in order to obtain better adhesion of coatings, glues, inks, paints , etc. Corona or plasma surface treatment solutions are used to improve production quality .

The pre-treatment of the surface with the PipeTEC station will prevent the formation of air pockets in the event of foaming which generally lead to condensation or even to the rupture of the pipe.

The PipeTEC surface treatment station will make it possible to uniformly treat the entire interior of the tube in order to optimize the adhesion of foam to the walls.

The profiled stainless steel electrode allows a 360° treatment of the surface of small diameters of tubes up to 630 mm . A brush-shaped electrode is recommended for larger tube diameters.
