"How to manage the electrostatic risk? ADF-Systèmes offers you the "ER RTR 2010 SIL2" system, specially designed for the grounding of tank trucks in the ATEX zone during your unloading operations. Three checks are carried out: - Detection of the tank truck by checking the capacity - Continuous verification of the connection of the "ER RTR 2010" to the earth of the site - Continuous verification of the loop between the truck and the "ER RTR 2010" box. This loop must be of less than 10 Ohms At the forefront of innovation, this equipment offers the best assurance: The "ER RTR 2010" system has 2 dry contacts to enable the enslavement of electrical controls in order to prevent transfer operations as long as the removable tank is not properly earthed. Electrostatic risks during your loading/unloading operations are completely controlled. In addition to the servo-control, green and red LEDs provide the operator with visual feedback of the status of the grounding check. Robust equipment for long-term use: The connection is made using pliers equipped with two tungsten carbide tips. The powerful spring and the very sharp points give the guarantee of a frank contact with the carcass, allowing to pass through the main residues. In order to better serve the operators, the "ER RTR 2010" is available with a spiral cable or an automatic reel. Designed for frequent handling, corrosive atmospheres and chemical attacks, cables and reels will give you satisfaction in the most hostile environments.
