VHM 479W HD08 for efficient machining.

Many materials with high ductility and tendency to stick still present a challenge to machining. Problems with chip removal are in most cases the performance limiting criterion.

In order to be able to generate process reliability and cutting performance in this area of application, Jongen Werkzeugtechnik GmbH has developed the type VHM 479W solid carbide milling cutter with 4 lips.

Versatile areas of application include facing, contouring, slotting, ramping with a plunge angle of up to 29°, helical milling, as well as trochoidal milling. These solid carbide end mills are suitable for both roughing and finishing and can therefore be used almost routinely.
