Jongen UNI-MILL A20 face milling cutter

The A20 face milling cutter enables particularly economical roughing and finishing machining of steel, stainless steel and cast iron.

These tools have been specially designed for small and medium-sized machining centers, and are ideally suited for series production as well as universal use in the production of single parts with a maximum axial depth of cut of 3, 5 mm per cutting edge.

This series is distinguished by its very smooth cutting, thanks to its positive effective rake angle, as well as a very profitable cost-benefit factor thanks to the 8 effective cutting edges per insert.

This range includes shank end mills according to DIN 1835-B available from 20 to 32 mm diameter, and reduced bore and normal pitch end mills available from 40 to 125 mm diameter. The varied number of teeth allows the optimal selection of a suitable tool for the machining process.
