Dialysis machine chassis

The frame of this dialysis machine is made up of a main box and a few covers molded in polyurethane. The curved shapes of the parts were easily produced thanks to the good flow properties of the polyurethane materials, Baydur® 110 FR and Baydur® 66 FR. The possibility of molding small wall thicknesses made it possible to produce a compact device in accordance with the customer's wishes. The rigidity of the parts is sometimes ensured by ribs, sometimes by locally increased thicknesses. The final assembly of the device is simplified by the overmolding of inserts, the integration of interlocking grooves.
