33 - Activ’Inside starts contract manufacturing of its food supplements

Created in 2009, the company based in Beychac-et-Caillau on the outskirts of Bordeaux specializes in the development of ingredients and the production of plant active ingredients such as saffron and grapes. By embarking on shaping, the company thus completes its expertise and now offers 360° support from the idea, through development, shaping and packaging. Activ'Inside will now offer different dosage forms: premixes, capsules, sticks and also gummies. Shaping will take place on the Activ'inside Manufacturing site. With an area of 3,200 m2 located next to the historic site of Activ'Inside, the company plays the "Made in France". In this new structure Activ'Inside will install production lines for shaping and packaging (pill boxes, sticks, doypacks). This represents an investment of 12 million euros. Its construction was supported by its shareholders AQUITI Gestion and Bpifrance, the France Relance program and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) offered by the New Aquitaine Region. The new production site will also have a policy of low water and energy consumption, and will be equipped with 1,000m² of photovoltaic panels.
