Fixed SI workbenches

Description

Heavy duty workbench capable of supporting a load of 1500kg, made of folded steel sheet. Horizontal crossbar ensuring stability at the workstation. No visible screws or bolts to ensure better protection of the user against injuries. Fine texture structured epoxy powder paint polymerized in the oven at 180°C for better impact resistance. Different trays available.

Technical details

The frame is made of a 25/10th thick folded steel sheet structure. The feet or ladders are made by U-bending with a section of 42x80x42mm and welded. The horizontal crosspieces are made by U-bending with a section of 40x60x40mm. The structure is finished with a fine textured structured epoxy powder paint polymerized in the oven at 180°C. The fixed workbench is designed in such a way that the assembly of the metal elements together leaves no visible screws or bolts, which ensures better protection of the user against injuries. The fixed SI frame can be spitted to the ground thanks to a perforated plate forming a sole at the base of the feet. This plate prevents punching of the floors.
