The frame is made of a structure in folded steel tube of thickness 20/10th in folded steel sheet of thickness 25/10th, in steel sheet of thickness 12/10th. The reinforcement veil is made of folded steel sheet of thickness 12/10th. The feet or ladders are made of tube of section 40x40mm and welded, the horizontal crosspieces by U-folding of section 40x60x40mm. There are 3 crosspieces connecting the ladders: 2 in the upper part under the plate, one in the lower part. A load support veil connecting the 2 ladders is fixed at the rear at the top of the post. Notches located every 20mm make it easier to adjust the height and thus have a reference. This sliding system is easy thanks to the 4 screws and does not require any disassembly. The adjustment stroke extends from 740 to 1,020 mm for the chassis excluding the thickness of the top. The structure is finished with a fine texture structured epoxy powder paint polymerized in the oven at 180 ° C. The tubes of the feet or ladders are equipped with plastic tips to prevent floor punctures.
